At Choicemarts, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and secure manner. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how and when your order will be delivered.


Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India.
  • Open-box delivery is not available for third-party courier services.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–8 business days
  • Non‑Metro / Rural Areas: 5–10 business days
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Free shipping may be available on selected products or promotional offers.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
  1. Order confirmation details
  2. Tracking ID
  3. Courier partner information
  • Tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

Non‑Delivery / NDR (Non‑Delivery Report) Cases

Common reasons for non‑delivery include:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Customer unavailable at the time of delivery
  • Customer refusal due to trust or confirmation issues

Our Process for NDR Orders:

  1. We will notify the customer regarding the failed delivery attempt.
  2. Customers are requested to confirm or update delivery details.
  3. A re‑delivery will be scheduled after confirmation.
  4. Unresponsive or repeatedly refused orders may be cancelled without further notice.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected products and locations.
  • Orders refused without valid reason may be blocked from future COD purchases.

Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If the package appears tampered with or damaged, please record a proper unboxing video.
  • Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
  • Jvecom is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address information.
